Rental process

 

• Each person on the lease needs to submit via email:
  • Application: Filled out and signed Rental Application form
  • Credit Report: A recent copy of a credit report. A free credit report is available at Annual Credit Report, or a report can be ordered from one of the credit agencies: Equifax, Experian, Trans Union. Print the report to PDF (Windows, Mac) and attach to email.
• Applications are reviewed and references are checked.
• A lease is signed by all people on the lease and a check with a deposit and first month rent is provided.
• Utilities should be set up before moving in. See local utility providers.
• Upon entry a rental condition form is completed and signed.
• Monthly rent is paid on time.
• 60 day notice is provided prior to end of lease.
• A rental checklist is completed upon end of lease.
• Deposit is returned.
